Terms of Sale and Repairs


TERMS OF SALE

Recognizing that the purchase of jewelry is very personal and seeing products in person is important we have set the following terms for online purchases only.

RETURNS

If you decide you must return your purchase for any reason please return fully insured and pre-paid within 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT. The item must be unworn, in perfect condition, inventory tags in place. Return in the original packaging along with your receipt. Returns meeting these criteria will receive a refund less the original shipping charge. Please let us know the reason for your return.  Returns are processed within 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation.

SALE AND SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and are non-returnable. Special Orders are pre-paid in full and may not be cancelled or returned.

HOLIDAY RETURNS

Amanda Pinson Jewelry closes on December 25th and re-opens on the first business day after the New Year Holiday. Items purchased in the month of December may be returned for store credit until January 9th. The jewelry must be unworn, in perfect condition, inventory tags in place, in the original packaging along with the receipt. Returns meeting these criteria will receive a full refund less the original shipping charge.  Returns are processed within 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation.

EXCHANGES

If you decide you must return your purchase for any reason please return fully insured and pre-paid within 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT. The jewelry must be unworn, in perfect condition, inventory tags in place, in the original packaging along with the receipt. Exchanges meeting these criteria will receive a full STORE CREDIT less the original shipping charge. Please let us know the reason for your exchange.  You may include a note, email or call with your exchange request. Our staff will follow up regarding the specifics of your exchange.  

REPAIRS

At times, jewelry will require repair with normal wear. It is the policy of Amanda Pinson Jewelry to charge our clients only the actual cost of the repair and necessary shipping. You may request an estimate for repairs. In some cases it is necessary to ship items

Some items are more fragile than others. Jewels strung on silk should be restrung on a regular basis depending on the amount of wear.

If you have questions regarding the maintenance, fit or size of your purchase, please inquire within 5 days of purchase.
